Beans Elizabeth
This is another one of Craig's Mother's dishes, named after me because I could always be depended on to clean this dish up the next morning along with the leftover salad. It is basically a version of Boston baked beans.

Cook the bacon snd set aside. Saute the onions in the bacon grease and then drain off all the excess fat. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and heat in a medium oven.
